TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE WEBSITE AND PURCHASING PRODUCTS THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE

By using this website and/or placing an order through it, you undertake:

• Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been submitted we have the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we may not be able to complete your order.

Availability of services

The products offered through this website are only available in Greece.

Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for the products passes to you from the moment of delivery.

Ownership of the products passes to you either upon our full collection of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery (as set out in clause 9) if this takes place earlier than the collection.

Price and payment

The price of each product will be that set out, from time to time, on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled and if you have already paid for the products, we will refund the full amount paid.

We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation) where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and could reasonably have been recognized by you as such.

The prices on our website include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which are as set out in the Delivery Charges Guide and which will be added to the total amount due.

Prices may change at any time, however (notwithstanding the above) any changes will not affect any order for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.

Once you have finished shopping and all the products you want to buy have been added to your cart, the next step will be to complete the checkout process and pay. To do this follow the instructions displayed on our website during the product ordering process.

Payment can be made by debit, cash on delivery or prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards. To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted. After receiving your order, we will request a pre-authorization of your card to ensure that there is sufficient credit balance to complete the transaction. The purchase amount will only be charged to your card once your order has been dispatched for delivery from our warehouse.

By pressing the "COMPLETE ORDER" button, you confirm that the card belongs to you.

Cards are subject to validation and approval checks by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required payment authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.

Alternatively, you are given the option to pay the price of your order by cash on delivery, following the instructions provided on our website, if you choose this method of payment.

Liability and disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, our liability in relation to any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of such product.

Without prejudice to the above, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits in any way our liability in the following cases:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• For any matter for which it would be illegal or wrongful for us to exclude or limit, or to attempt to exclude or limit, our liability.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise set out in these Terms, we accept no liability for the following, however caused:

• Loss of income or revenue
• Loss of commercial activity
• Loss of profits or contracts
• Loss of expected savings
• Data loss, and
• Waste of administrative resources or man hours.

Due to the open nature of this website and the possibility of errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not guarantee the accuracy and security of information transmitted to or received from this website, unless otherwise expressly stated on the website.

All product descriptions, information and material posted on this website are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, or otherwise implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, but without excluding anything that could not legally be excluded in the case of consumers, we disclaim all warranties of any kind.

Events of Force Majeure

We are not liable or responsible for any failure to fulfill or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations under the Contract, which has been caused by events that are not subject to our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure event is considered any act, event, failure, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes specifically (but not limited to) the following:

• Strikes, counter-strikes or other union actions.
• Social unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether or not declared) or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
• Inability to use railways, ships, aeroplanes, motor vehicles or other public or private means of transport.
• Inability to use public or private telecommunications networks.
• Acts, ordinances, laws, regulations or governmental restrictions.
• Any strike, breakdown or accident of the ferry and postal services or other means of transport.

The performance of our obligations under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Event lasts and the time for the performance of our obligations shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable efforts to end the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution to enable us to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Event.

Clause of partial invalidity

If any competent authority determines that any of these Terms or provisions of the Agreement are invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent, such terms or provisions will be severed to that extent from the remaining terms and provisions, which will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Right to modify these terms

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time.

At the time you order products from us or use this website, you are subject to our policies and Terms in force from time to time, unless any modification of these policies and our Terms is required by law or governmental authority, as the case may be which any changes will also apply to the orders you submitted prior to the changes.
